IOAN MORARIU

Mr. Ioan Morariu joined the firm's Civil Litigation Department and advises on all commercial litigation. In particular, he specialises in commercial disputes, professional negligence, insolvency and other post litigation remedies, construction and property landlord and tenant matters, copyright, trademarks and passing off and all employment issues affecting both the employer and employee.
Mr. Morariu concentrates his practice in corporate law, with an emphasis on representing emerging companies. His practice includes a variety of corporate transactional matters with private and public companies, including debt and equity financings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
He also developed an expertise in family, estate and trust law litigation as well as in matters pertaining to the institution of protective supervision, the homologation of mandates in anticipation of incapacity, patrimony protection and pension plans.
Mr. Morariu has practised since 1997 in civil and commercial litigation and has developed special expertise in the fields of real estate law, civil liability, franchising, estates and trusts, banking law, administrative law and product liability, as well as patrimony protection and transfer.
Over the years, he has acquired solid experience in pleading before the civil and administrative courts and has also assisted numerous clients in mediations and acted as an arbitrator.
Mr. Morariu adapts easily to the needs of an extremely diverse clientele consisting of very large companies, financial institutions and real estate.
He forms a team with his clients in order to find the best solution to the legal problems they face, whether through aggressive proceedings, skilful negotiation or other strategies.
He participates in the drafting of various commercial agreements, including subscription agreements, shareholders' agreements, joint venture or strategic alliance agreements, confidentiality agreements, service contracts, partnership agreements and stock option plans for private corporations.
Ioan Morariu completed his law degree in 1997 at University of Bucharest and now is a professor and has a special teaching post for Civil Law, at the Titu Maiorescu University, Bucharest.

ANDREEA HUSTIU

Andreea Hustiu, associate, is a junior attorney and member of the firm's criminal team. She is dealing with a variety of fraud and regulatory matters.
She also works with a range of business maters being careful in providing legal advice that focuses on her client’s needs. She provides legal advice to companies and individuals. Mrs. Hustiu regularly advises on business deals, providing risk assessments and advice in relation to private equity transactions and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements. She has an extensive practice preparing documentation necessary to convey and commercial objectives.
Mrs. Hustiu has quickly established a reputation for her dedication, commitment and intelligent approach to the clients case.
Andreea completed her Law Degree at the Romanian-American University in Bucharest in 2007 and joined the Law firm in 2007 where she is a Trainee attorney with the practice. She also holds a degree from Academia de Studii Economice Bucharest. Andreea is an attorney in the criminal department doing her Training Contract with Victor Enescu.
She is member of the Bucharest Bar Association and is fluent in English and French and has a good knowledge of Spanish.
She guarantees you a discussion of your problems and an analysis of the relevant legal problems in your own language. Mrs. Hustiu will handle your case in cooperation with the lawyers of the partnership.

ALICE RADU

Alice Radu specialises in commercial and residential property work including the grant, assignment and surrender of leases. She specialises Commercial property transactions, including reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases and security documents for investment/development clients, considering corporate structure and tax implications, dealing with various licences and landlord and tenant matters for property management companies.
Alice acts on commercial and company matters, including purchase and sale of companies, joint ventures, business process and infrastructure outsourcing, distributorships and franchise agreements. She has advised his clients on enterprise initiative schemes; management buyouts, and company formations of groups of companies.
She is a practical commercial lawyer and is careful in providing legal advice that focuses on his client’s needs. Normally a client has an objective or a direction that they would like to take. Mrs. Radu sees it as her role as a client’s lawyer to help clients achieve that objective or setting out realistic objectives and alternatives to facilitate educated decision-making by her clients. It is also very important to Alice that if there are legal problems, that the solution is found.
Mrs. Alice Radu provides detailed advice in relation to most areas of corporate and commercial law ranging from joint ventures to shareholders agreements and employee share option schemes.
She is member of the Bucharest Bar Association and she is fluent in English and French.

IULIA BECLEA

Iulia Beclea is an associate in our Banking and Finance team. She has considerable experience advising both borrowers and lenders on leveraged buyouts and acquisition, real estate, invoice and trade finance transactions across a range of sectors including media, hospitality, health, construction, insurance and commodities.
Iulia's clients include the Romania clearing banks, insurance and reinsurance companies, private equity funds, healthcare operators, offshore property companies and listed pub and brewery operators.
Iulia Beclea qualified in 2001 and has since gained a wide range of experience in non-contentious corporate and commercial legal matters. Mrs. Beclea advises clients in respect of all forms of commercial agreements including shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements; distribution, agency and franchise agreements; standard terms for the supply and procurement of goods or services, including standard terms for sub-contractors; manufacturing licences; and confidentiality agreements. She has regularly involved in advising the corporate and commercial departments of many of the well known banks and as well as borrower clients on acquisition finance and property development finance.
She has particular experience in advising clients in respect of a number of non-contentious intellectual property and information technology matters, including assignments and licences for various forms of intellectual property and agreements for the provision of IT services, including software licences, support and maintenance services and web hosting services. Iulia also is an experienced corporate finance and banking lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions and finance.
Iulia holds a law degree from the University of Bucharest. She is fluent in English.

TEODORA PINZARU

Ms. Teodora Pinzaru is an associate in “Enescu, Ene &Partners law-office. Her practice focuses on all aspects of general civil litigation, including matters like insurance, reinsurance, commercial contract, business torts, intellectual property, and civil rights. Ms. Pinzaru has experience in the areas of patent, copyright, trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, and antitrust. Teodora practices in the areas of alternative dispute resolution and civil and commercial litigation.
Ms. Pinzaru also maintains a general commercial litigation practice including both jury and court trials. This experience involves several areas of law, including commercial and real estate litigation. She also has substantial experience in commercial arbitrations and mediations, and provides professional responsibility/law partnership counseling and litigation defense.
Teodora offers highly competent and effective representation in all areas of family and matrimonial law, acting for Husbands and Wives in married relationships. She is predominantly dealing with Divorce and Ancillary Relief claims (financial settlements).
Ms. Teodora completed her law degree at “Alexandru Ioan Cuza University” in Iasi. Prior to joining the firm, Teodora gained experience working at „ Lucian Pitigoi law office” in Iasi. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association. She is fluent in English and French.

TEODOR HNATEC

Teodor Hnatec specialises in commercial litigation, trust litigation and asset recovery. Has particular experience in international cases involving fraud and corruption and is used to obtaining search orders and freezing injunctions.
Teodor joined "Enescu, Ene & Partners" in march 2008. He trained at “Cobuz & Partners” where, following qualification, he remained for 2 years as a commercial litigator.
Mr. Hnatec's particular expertise is in the fields of commercial fraud, arbitration and tax. He is frequently called upon to advise in complex, often multi-jurisdictional fraud related matters, on behalf of both claimants and defendants. He has wide experience in asset tracing involving a multitude of emergency procedures.
An increasing part of Teodor's work is now in the area of tax. He acts on behalf of corporate and professional clients in a broad range of tax investigations and prosecutions.
Mr. Hnatec also handles a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including company disposals and acquisitions and the sale and purchase of businesses and other assets. He also provides private legal services including residential sales and purchases and advice on wills and probate.
Mr. Teodor Hnatec is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association. He is fluent in English and French.

TIBERIU UDREA

Tiberiu is an associate at “Enescu, Ene & Partners” and has been with the firm since its inception. He is an experienced litigator and family lawyer covering divorce law, personal insolvency, civil and commercial litigation with a bias towards financial and property disputes contentious and non-contentious. He advises a wide range of business and individual clients, both in Romania and overseas. Mr. Udrea applies his extensive legal experience to providing effective and practical advice and solutions to clients.
Other areas of his practice include residential property acting for developers and individuals alike, with a particular emphasis on leasehold conveyancing. Tiberiu also advises on enfranchisement law and wills.
Mr. Udrea has also experience in all aspects of real estate law advising clients ranging from investment funds, property companies and banks to end users.
He has particular experience in leading and managing cross-departmental teams on acquisitions for real estate portfolios and the property aspects of structured financing relating to the development, investment and securitisation of various city developments.

VERONICA PAVEL

Veronica Pavel has many years experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property with particular expertise in the structuring of complex real estate acquisitions and sales. Many of her transactions involve the setting up of property trusts and tax schemes. She also has expertise in landlord and tenant and development matters. Her extensive client base includes a number of well-known entrepreneurial property companies.
Veronica also deals with a wide variety of work in the commercial property sector. Her practice includes the acquisition and disposal of investment properties, advising on the property aspects of secured lending as well as, advising landlords and tenants.
She acts for a range of clients including institutional investors, private property companies, property funds, offshore private trusts, banks, retailers and other occupiers.
She is member of Bucharest Bar Association since 1997 and she is fluent in English and French.
