Victor Enescu is licensee of the Faculty of Law - University of Bucharest (1998). In 2000 he graduated the postgraduate course - Constitutional law and public institutions, organized by the Faculty of Law University of Bucharest.
Victor Enescu is a founding partner of S.C.A. "Enescu, Ene & Associates", member of Bucharest Bar Association and member of the National Union of Bars in Romania since 1999.
Victor Enescu has acquired considerable experience in the legal services business segment, being actively involved in numerous projects with large financial implications. Over 10 years of experience have made Victor Enescu successfully represent clients' interests in areas such as criminal law, commercial law, liquidation / merger, infrastructure projects, energy, expropriation, enforcement, etc., by addressing a multidisciplinary vision oriented to simplify issues and provide practical solutions fast. Victor Enescu was also involved, especially in adversarial litigation with public institutions, in the procedures of expropriation for public use, getting the most benefits for the expropriated persons.
A special place in his work has the cases of claims due to "judicial errors”, complex cases which by their nature present a particular difficulty.

Marcela Ene is licensee of Faculty of Law - Titu Maiorescu University (1997). Since 1998 Marcela Ene is a member of Bucharest Bar Association and member of the National Union of Bars in Romania whileas in 2000 she became a definitive lawyer.  During 2000-2008 Marcela Ene exerted her profession within “Ene Marcela” individual law cabinet. In 2008 “Ene Marcela” individual law cabinet merged with S.C.A. "Enescu & Associates", thus forming S.C.A. "Enescu, Ene & Associates".
Marcela Ene is managing partner of S.C.A. "Enescu, Ene & Associates".The experience gathered, number of cases won over time, qualifies her as one of the best barristers in civil and commercial litigation, herewith including the real estate domain - restitution/property claims , disputes resulting from sale purchase agreements, disputes in relation to contracts agreements. She also has vast experience in banking and finance, providing to financial institutions, leasing entities consultancy and juridical representation as regards the full spectrum of aspects in this domain.
At present Marcela Ene coordinates the litigation department of  S.C.A. "Enescu, Ene & Associates", with an experience in this field for over 10 years, especially in civil law, commercial law, banking, tax law, administrative law, resolving disputes through alternative means, insolvency procedures, the department coordinated by her providing top quality juridical services.

Sebastian Grecu is licensee of the Faculty of Law - University of Bucharest (1999).
Member of the Bucharest Bar Association and member of the National Union of Bars in Romania since 2000, Sebastian Grecu is a partner of the S.C.A. "Enescu, Ene & Associates" since 2004.
Initially debuting as barrister, particularly in commercial law, Sebastian Grecu shifted to the field of real estate, amassing a considerable experience in real estate projects and transactions. Sebastian Grecu advises the clients of the company in this area including: drafting of sale contracts, lease agreements, mortgage contracts, land and real estate advertising, negotiating terms for entering the real estate transactions, legal advice on property issues.
