Competition department of the S.C.A. "Enescu, Ene & Associates” has a rich experience accumulated in accordance and in line with the implementation in Romania of EU rules on competition, given the training and experience of lawyers involved in solving specific problems. The activity of the competition department is enhanced by the complexity, variety and multiplicity of problems/projects of competition law analyzed and/or resolved over time.
